Terms of Service

Last updated 20 April 2026

These terms govern your use of Deskwright (“we”, “us”) products and services purchased via deskwright.gumroad.com, deskwright.co.uk, or any Deskwright-operated site. By purchasing or using a Deskwright product, you agree to these terms.

1. What you’re buying

Deskwright sells three kinds of product:

  • Notion systems and bundlesdigital templates delivered as Notion duplicate links. Instant delivery on purchase.
  • Software productscloud services (Rota, SiteVoice AI, ActionItems). Licensed per the relevant signup flow.
  • Custom workPower Platform / bespoke implementation services (CQC Compliance Tracker, Staff Self Service, custom builds), delivered under separate engagement letters.

2. Licence

When you buy a Notion system or bundle, you receive a single-user personal licence to use, duplicate, modify, and run the template for your own business purposes. You may:

  • Duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace
  • Customise it freely
  • Use it commercially for your own business

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template
  • Share the duplicate link publicly
  • Claim authorship of the template
  • Use the template as the basis for a competing product sold to third parties

Software products are licensed per their own terms at signup, typically a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown on each product page in the currency stated (USD or GBP). Payment is collected by Gumroad or Stripe at purchase. Prices may change; changes do not affect prior purchases.

UK customers: VAT is included where applicable and is handled by the payment processor.

4. Refund policy

Because Notion systems and digital bundles are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, refunds are not offered as standard. However:

  • If the product is defective, the duplicate link doesn’t work, or the product materially differs from its description, email support@deskwright.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we’ll either fix it or refund you.
  • For software subscriptions, cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the paid period, and you’re not charged again.
  • Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital goods unless you’ve downloaded, accessed, or duplicated the product. Once you duplicate the Notion template, the right to cancel is waived.

5. Support

Support is provided by email at support@deskwright.co.uk. We aim to respond within 2 working days. Support covers:

  • Re-sending the duplicate link if you lose it
  • Troubleshooting product defects
  • Answering questions covered in the product FAQ

Support does not cover general Notion training, customisation for your specific workflow, or integration with other tools — those are available as separate paid engagements.

6. No warranty

Products are provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that any product will meet every one of your specific requirements, operate uninterrupted, or be entirely error-free. We’re responsible for delivering what’s described on the product page; we’re not responsible for how you choose to use it or the outcomes of your business decisions.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Intellectual property

All product content — templates, copy, imagery, code, structure — is the intellectual property of Deskwright. You get a licence to use it (per section 2), not ownership. The Deskwright name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of Deskwright.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are posted here with an updated date; for significant changes, we email known customers. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute goes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
